All and any activity based on self-employment or employment as defined in Section 75 paragraph 2 of the Bilanzbuchhaltungsgesetz (BiBuG) must be reported to the competent authority without delay. This condition only applies to members of the Chamber of Chartered Accountants [Kammer der Wirtschaftstreuhänder – KWT].

Licence holders are entitled to perform other self-employed or employed basis jobs, save activities on a commission basis or activities which jeopardise independence in the exercise of their professional licence. This condition only applies to management accountants and management accounting firms that are members of the Chamber of Chartered Accountants [Kammer der Wirtschaftstreuhänder – KWT].
